I had an extremely disappointing experience with Equation Staffing & Solutions. Their recruitment process is completely unorganized, with little to no communication. Despite applying for multiple positions and following up several times, I never received any clear updates.
Their staff lacks professionalism and responsiveness, making the entire hiring process frustrating. It feels like they collect applications without any real intent to place candidates. If you’re serious about finding a job, I’d recommend looking elsewhere—this agency is a waste of time.
