We used to love this Regus location.
Now, they have decided to keep the doors locked 24/7 and when the employee takes her lunch from 2-3, in the middle of the afternoon, we cannot access the lounge, pick up our mail, have our prospects drop funds, and so on. This is a huge disruption to our business.
People understand closing from 12-1 for lunch, but the middle of the business day afternoon is ridiculous. We are paying for access to the business center/lounge and reception tasks.
Many times, the phone rings off the hook while we are locked outside in the hallway, looking through the glass doors while listening to our calls going unanswered.
The staff and management claim there is nothing they can do to fix the inconveniences.
This is unacceptable.
