I informed the recruiter, Matt Ruder via phone, email and text that I wanted a new assignment. He kept telling me that he would not place me in any other assignments because Envision spent hundreds of dollars on me for my background check and drug screen and that I should not quit and that I should stay working in that position. I explained during my first contracted assignment that I did not like position with Mastercard and that it was not in my skillset but he kept saying at least I have a job and that he coached me through it and should be grateful. I felt he was condescending and gas-lighting me whenever I expressed wanting another assignment. I was let go by Envisions on February 7, 2025, 2 days after I was out with stomach flu. Several people at Mastercard were sick but still in the office working. When I became ill within the same week, the Supervisor at Mastercard and Matt stated that I was supposed to call in to report that I was out sick both days, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, logged in to work in the afternoon and explained that I was still ill and that I had a Dr’s statement however Envisions sent an email around 4:00 pm which stated that my contract was ended immediately because i failed to call Wednesday after my initial call on Tuesday informing the Mgr that I was still sick.

I made an application, heard nothing, called and left messages for Erin O’Neill (per the ad) and heard nothing back.
