100 Hidden Bay Condominium has been working with Biller Reinhart Engineering over the last several years since we began our $9M Painting & Concrete Restoration project. BR guided us through the Condition Survey process, prepared the Construction Bid Docs, arranged interviews with the Contractors, reviewed all bids, helped us select the contractor for our project and worked with us on creating a budget for this project. Our Painting & Concrete Restoration project began in Jan. of 2023 and was scheduled to take approximately 135 weeks to complete. We are scheduled to complete this project by late Fall of 2025. Kristen Foreman (BR Principal Eng.), Jaime Fascowich (Proj. Eng.), Alvaro Urcuyo (Proj. Eng.) and Krista Clevenger have been a pleasure to work with.
