Company that is only good when the economic situation is good, like every temporary employment agency and there are many of them. Unfortunately, this sector has reached its peak and will either disappear or merge with others. Examples include The Engineering Network (TEN) and a certain agency at the time after 2001 in Merelbeke (Polydesign alias Yacht alias etcetera) With lots of bling, company cars and all kinds of social media tricks, those naives are attracted to work for them at the direct expense of the industry. Industrial companies also no longer want to pay the additional costs of 15% to 30% that they charge, given cheaper alternatives via permanent recruitment or freelancers without them.

Had a bad work experience at Engi Talents. They don’t find a project for you and then they don’t want to pay you on a permanent contract (which is very abnormal for a consultancy agency). One month I earned 900 euros without any joke. I did have a car there and so on, but the rest… I was also in far too many different places for very short periods of time, so that wasn’t healthy either.

Had good communication with Michiel until after an initial application. After that no more feedback was received and Michiel could no longer be reached…
