20 year recognition award and they cannot tell me the color of the bike. Email from Reba says that they just order it and suppliers sends whatever color they want. Ummm, how much is my company paying them to handle these awards? And why can they not “talk” to the supplier to find out color available?

e2e took over Rideau recognition, a Canadian manufacturer of recognition products. Since the takeover, e2e has completely failed to maintain the goodwill and reputation of Rideau. My company has been doing business with Rideau and PMP for almost 20 years and I have never experienced such incompetence, negative attitude and personal denigration from any company I have done business with since e2e took over. The irony of a recognition enterprise unwilling and unable to recognize their own customers. If you are a customer of Rideau and are hoping the products and service you have come to expect will continue I can assure you those days are gone.

THE BEST PART IS .. THE OWNER OR SUPERVISOR DEFENDS THEM WHEN THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR IS DOCUMENTED IN EMAILS!
