I have worked at Energize for over 5 years now and joining them was the best career decision I could have made. I was at a point in my early recruitment career where I wasn’t sure if Recruitment was for me but decided to take the chance with Energize. The culture here is fantastic and the training is industry leading. Of course there have been highs and lows in recruitment but the highs have been much more regular than the lows. Awesome company and would highly recommend!

I joined Energize back in May 2019 with zero recruitment experience and very reserved expectations going into a new market, but honestly it has been the best decision I made as I have learnt so much, and genuinely enjoy working here loads. The team are so supportive, the workplace atmosphere is great, a LOT of investment is put back into the company and the employees and I am v excited to see what 2020 has to bring for me after a storming 2019! I have been working at Energize now for just over 1 year and I can say it was the best decision switching to Energize. I was onboarded during the midst of the pandemic which was completely new to the business.
