I accidentally marked that I was incarcerated and then I didn’t receive benefits for the week. So I called and explained the situation that I have never been incarcerated and it was accidentally marked that way. Now I’m being told that I have to wait 2-3 weeks for my claim to be examined and corrected, how the heck do they expect me to get to interviews with no income to supply my vehicle with fuel or even catch a bus while I wait for the decision? This is pretty petty and poor service for people who are trying to get employment!

The process is confusing, it isn’t enough staff to properly assist all in need, and they just assume everyone knows what there doing so they just point you to a computer and say good luck
