I have been working with this Agency for over a year now. A lot of people told me, as far as my approach and hard work towards a job and assignment through an agency that it wasn’t worth the extra effort. And that I was doing to much. And in the end it would probably be for nothing: But I always showed up and did my best anyway. And in one years time I have experienced a steady gradual pay increase with each assignment and better positions. The opportunity is there if you are willing to work for it and the staff is great! I’ve always had a good experience with them and they have always reminded me no matter where my assignment is if there are any issues or problems to address them first and let them know what is going on because these staff members are advocates for you. And as liaisons the staff is always very understanding and willing to work with you. Not all assignments are going to be a best fit depending on the individual circumstances of course, and I’ve personally had people close to me tell me that there are other agencies and options out there. And I’ve had some experience with them myself. But with what I’ve experienced with Midway Staffing, they are still my number one choice.
