I’ve been working for Employment Transitions for about a month now and I am extremely pleased with my experience so far. The owner, Leigh, goes above and beyond to help find employment best fit and goes out of her way to keep the line of communication open for all questions and concerns. She works very hard to make sure work is found and seems to do whatever she can to make finding a job possible for each one of her workers. All employees are helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a company and think they deserve more than 5 stars!

I wish I could give them no stars! I caught the same unprofessional and disorganised crap. They wouldn’t even print a 1 page resume after their company rescheduling my interview 3 times in 2 days. Lauren obviously has no clue about the office worker’s schedule and doesn’t even work on location. To all employers and all job seekers, if the very low rating doesn’t tell you enough, then go on into the office and you will really take offense! Useless and very amateur company!! Anyone will get better results sitting at home doing nothing than wasting any time with this company!!!

This is a temporary Agency. I had the pleasure of meeting Leigh Hardin who interviewed me for a temp to hire position for Lingl LIS. Leigh was extremely thorough in explaining the position and what would be expected as well as prepared me for the interview. She was not only professional but was personable and very encouraging. I can not say enough good things about this agency and would highly recommend seeking them out for any employment needs.
