Very disappointed in customer service and how they deal with people.
You expect them and want them to help you and in the end, you end up doing everything yourself without any help. That’s not a bad thing, because you succeed in getting your own employment. But if you’re going to use an organization to help you, you would expect results from them as well.

Despite the positive comments for this establishment, I, unfortunately, got zero help from this centre. Worker Annick maybe has 10+ years of experience, but failed to communicate, failed to help and assist in the job search. It has been long months without any response. Knowing how tough is job market is, especially for the new comer in Sudbury – I received no help.
Just keep that in mind and don’t stop your own job search!
