As a student, it is often very difficult to understand how to apply and prepare for interviews. 5 stars for exceeding my expectation, client-centred approach and Eka’s compassionate attitude!
I had a 15-min consultation with Eka to go through a potential bottleneck on my job search journey. To be honest, I expected a 15-min selling pitch for further services/packages, but instead Eka looked into my case in advance (checked LI profile, requested my CVs) and made the most of this short conversation to help me and provide with a bunch of insights, specific recommendations on how to make my search more effective and a lot of emotional support so much needed. We agreed that I’ll implement all the recommendations, see how things change and then, if needed, return for a one hour consultation with a particular focus on the required area of improvement, e.g getting ready for the interview.
