I give IdentoGO a 1-star rating. I scheduled my appointment online last week, reviewed all the required documents for TSA Precheck, and even received a reminder email the day before confirming what documents were needed. Upon arrival, I was told I was missing a required document—one that was neither mentioned during the online enrollment process nor listed in the reminder email. When I explained this, the front desk staff dismissively said, “It’s online,” which it was not, and told me I would need to reschedule.
Today, I checked their hours (listed as closing at 6 PM) and returned before 5 PM with all necessary documents. I was then told they don’t accept walk-ins within 10 minutes of closing. When I pointed out that their website and even the sign on their window say 6 PM, I was told, “Oh, our hours changed two weeks ago.” How are customers supposed to know this if it’s not updated publicly?
A respectful business would have acknowledged the posted information and honored it. Instead, the staff offered no accountability and no concern for customers’ time. I would never recommend this location—policies seem inconsistent, and customer service is lacking.
