This company needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau for its shady business practices. I am completely new to the state, had just come from ny area. I had the unfortunate experience of parking in this company’s parking lot by mistake one day. I walked around to ask someone for directions. Within 2 minutes, a white flatbed truck had COMPLETELY blocked my car inside the parking space!!! I was so scared, and tried to be nice to the gray haired elderly man who blocked my car in. He completely ignored me as if i didn’t exist when I said Excuse Me to him politely a few times to get his attention. I thought 1) He’s Deaf or 2) He doesn’t speak english. Come to find out, this guy was the OWNER!!! 😡His name is David F. Bristol, CEO of the place –He was very rude and was extremely aggressive towards me about the fact that I had parked my car in one of “his parking spaces” where Employee Solutions is located. He said he owned this parking lot and I’m not allowed to park there. I apologized for any misunderstanding, and told him I wanted to leave. He then purposely blocked my car into the space, went inside the building & disappeared! He waltzed out leisurely a while later. I was shaking. I had absolutely no way of moving my car from the parking space. It was literally blocked in. I was so shocked, I had a small child in the car with me so I didn’t want to put myself or my child in danger. There were NO SIGNS indicating you couldn’t park here. What gave him the right to block my car in when I was trying to leave?!! I wish i had recorded all of this on my phone & reported him to the cops for harassment, but I was shaking and I couldn’t think. Ladies beware: do not work here. The guy had seriously creepy, cringey vibes. He did this to me in broad daylight, so I can only imagine what he would do if it were night time & no one was around? He probably sits around and monitors his security cameras 24/7 because..that’s what all CEO’s do right??! Here’s a solution for Employee Solutions: if you hate people & you hate partnerships & you hate possibilities maybe you need a new career?

Have you ever wondered why Texas doesn’t have any sick time ordinances? This is why…Important Announcement: Permanently Enjoined ESI/Employee Solutions LP, Hagan Law Group LLC, and the State of Texas sued the City of Dallas in the Eastern District of Texas and sought an injunction to halt the implementation of the City of Dallas Paid Sick Leave Ordinance and sought a declaration that the ordinance invalid. On March 31, 2021, the federal district court has now determined that the Paid Sick Leave Ordinance is preempted by the Texas Minimum Wage Act and is in violation of the Texas Constitution. The Court has declared that the Paid Sick Leave Ordinance is, therefore, permanently enjoined and unenforceable against any person, business, or other entity.
