Look I haven’t even started my claim, but if I were you let me tell you now the EEOC does not care about discrimination at all. Please save your tears. I walked in and I can say, I saw and heard a lot. The frustrated people, lots of Black women. I recorded everything. I record everything, including the situation I was in at work. I was innocent. It’s on tape from my job. However, I will save it.
Before signing up for any job read the confidentiality agreement, and provide justice for yourself. That’s what I’m doing, I don’t need months for my justice. What I have can permanently tarnish my ex-workplace for good. SHOW the behavior of the EEOC and your employment to the world. Do THAT. Stop crying.
Expose the company the best way you can without getting in legal trouble.
With that said, I’m being extra but not really, but at times I believe “Black” people deserve this situation, and I’m a 100% West African woman (no mixed races ancestry). The origination of what you guys call “Black” here in America. The “Blacks”/Akatas here descend from me or us. I’m saying that to say this, because you fail to support your own and too jealous of African people, this is why we (if you choose to claim us, we don’t care we built this land) are in the position today. Work for and support your own people so you don’t end up in situations like this again. There is power in numbers.
Anyways, I’m done.
