Had a 9:00 appointment made it at 8:26 just to be prompt. Patiently waited, wasn’t notified of any tardy or absence. It’s Monday I understand, plus everyone has a life. Leave at 11, call at 2 to check for an update. I’m being talked to as if I’m not seeking clear and precise help. It’s like they wait for you to say something off or in correct with all honesty and they come off acting ugly and nasty with no understanding.
