We delivered on the 13th of the month and they charged us for the entire month. They are cheaters, dishonest, rude, they don’t answer phones, only the receptionist, communication is by email but they don’t respond, they charge you several deposits and then struggle to get that money back. I do not recommend them, 0 stars do not deserve even one, it is better to wait a little and contract with another company, never with this one. Be careful, there are many of us, that company is to report to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce. If you are eager, please do not contract with them, you will regret it. Finally I had to visit the psychologist, because they almost drove me crazy by charging for a number of things that no longer exist on the market, things wear out due to use and to avoid delays I tried to get what they charged me but they no longer exist, I didn’t get them, I looked for them even though it wasn’t my obligation, they gave them to me like that. The suffering was strong, they also charged me for the apartment which was like this when they handed it over to me. That apartment is discontinued so I had to change everything. They had the nerve to send me a quote.

I highly recommend avoiding renting with them due to their dishonesty and complete lack of professionalism. First of all, they made a “fix” for an appliance that, far from solving it, was poorly repaired. Having not received any notice from you and since we are not technical, we did not know that the arrangement had not been adequate. However, when someone finally checked it, we were informed that the appliance could have exploded, putting our safety at risk. The most outrageous thing is that the owner was charged more than double the actual cost of the repair, without being justified in any way. Furthermore, when the staff came to receive the apartment, they did not carry out a proper photographic record, and instead, they made a manual inventory that they forced us to sign. This inventory included damages that were already present in the apartment, which correspond to the natural wear and tear of a property that is more than 28 years old. We were able to demonstrate that these damages already existed, thanks to a photographic record that we had previously made, in which the dates and original state of the damage could be verified. This real estate agency is not only negligent in its services, but is also unethical in attempting to hold tenants responsible for damages they did not cause. Their treatment is unacceptable and their lack of transparency is alarming.

No me gusto la experiencia con esta inmobiliaria. Muy quisquillosos a la hora de entrega, imponiendo fechas. No soy una mala arrendataria y sienpre he tenido vuena relacion con los propietarios, pero en este caso la imobiliaria hace dificil el proceso. No volveria arrendar con ellos.
