I was able to get to know Mr. Thomas Traxler in 2021 and was referred to him via the SHARPIST coaching platform. I had regular coaching sessions with Mr. Traxler over a period of six months. This contact took place exclusively via the coaching provider’s app. Despite my initial skepticism about this type of coaching, Mr. Traxler and I were able to build a good relationship of trust very quickly. I often had the impression that we had known each other for several years. I could count on helpful assessment/assistance from him at any time. As a manager in a global company, I valued not only his empathy, but above all his experience. Compared to the typical coaching questions, with Mr. Traxler you don’t notice that you are in a coaching session. What has changed over a year ago?
