Extremely Disappointing Experience with Recruiter Rakesh Sinha I recently had an encounter with a recruiting company, where I was contacted by an individual named Rakesh Sinha regarding a job opportunity. Initially, I was hopeful and eager to learn more about the position he mentioned. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse, leaving me bewildered and utterly disappointed. After receiving the initial email, which included a job description (JD), I promptly called Mr. Sinha to express my interest and provide my updated resume as requested. During our conversation, I sought more information about the client, which is a reasonable query for any candidate. Surprisingly, Mr. Sinha’s response was to promise a callback within five minutes before hastily ending the call. When I attempted to reach out again for the promised details, not only did my calls go unanswered, but the interaction that followed was shockingly unprofessional. Upon finally getting in touch using a different number, I was met with hostility rather than help. Mr. Sinha questioned my integrity for calling from another number, outright refused to answer any of my questions about the role, and proceeded to threaten to block both my email and phone number. This experience has been not just disheartening but also concerning. It raises significant questions about the company’s professionalism and the manner in which they treat potential candidates. Job seekers trust recruiting companies to act as bridges to their future employers, expecting professionalism, transparency, and respect in communication. Unfortunately, this incident reflects a blatant disregard for those values. I write this review as a caution to others who might consider engaging with this recruiter or company. It’s important for professionals to support environments that foster respect, clarity, and genuine assistance. Sadly, my experience with Rakesh Sinha was far from it, marked by unprofessionalism and a lack of basic courtesy. This review maintains a critical stance while detailing the events and your feelings about them, providing a clear warning to others without resorting to inappropriate language or undue aggression.

A recruiter named Kelly Swinjakow reached to me about a job opportunity and I responded back that I was interested. I called several times, and sent several emails in response to Kelly Swinjakow who is a Genesis10 recruiter, but never got a response back not even to say that the position had been filled or anything. I just felt it was very unprofessional, inconsistent, and dismissive for someone who’s supposed to be a professional. And as a military veteran I’m offended that they’d promote the support of veterans but lack proper treatment of veterans, especially those in need of employment. I’ll never recommend this recruiting company to anyone.

I have no idea why do you have a subdivision called New Journey AI, but the experience was the worst I ever had with a recruiting company. First I get contacted by other agency called RPO international, after I passes back groud check, drug test and ramsey test they submitted me to New Journey AI an apparent subdivision of Genesis 10. I get a contract with no benefits on it. No PTO, only 10 days of unpaid vacation, no sick days, no long term or short term disability. I asked the recruiter about those terms, but she was not able to give an answer about that. She told me that New Journey AI offer benefits and she sent me a pdf with the apparent benefits only for retirement and health, but the contract still the same. So I asked her about that and also about the shifts and time because nothing was stipulated in that contract. The only benefit specify in that contract was the pay, nothing else. If I would accepted that contract I were accepted those work conditions right, so I asked her about that and she sent an email asking the recruiter from RPO to explain me what the job benefit and terms are. What is going on, who is the one recruiting me RPO or New Journey 10?
