My assigned staffing agent, as an individual was absolutely amazing. HOWEVER…I was disappointed when my interviewer for BARCLAYS pulled a NO SHOW TWICE and I never got the chance to reschedule. Sadly I was blown off. My hiring agent reached out to them via email once and just like that I was left to assume this was a no go. VERY TACKY. Sad to see an ending like this. I would have respected not being selected for the position. It was getting blown off with no closure that made this experience worse that it should have been. We are taught as customer service reps that we are to see things all the way through from the initial reach out to the resolution. That didn’t happen here. Never again. I hope you all get results if you choose to trust them.
