I worked with Clayton Scholl last December and had an amazing experience. I was recruited for a Senior Software Engineer position and have enjoyed the placement so far after 5 months in the role. Clayton was an active participant in the process gave great feedback, took time to prep me ahead of interviews, and really made me feel supported and available. Ashley reached out to me on Indeed and was able to get me an interview soon after! She gave some excellent interview tips and helped me prepare answers for any potential questions they could have asked which helped me do really well in the interview process!

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Calvin and his professionalism. From the moment he reached out to me to his professional follow-up to set up a video interview I thoroughly enjoyed the time and care he took and finding out about what kind of role would best be a good fit for me. And although logistics prevented me from pursuing the particular role he initially reached out about he did pre-qualify me by volunteering his time on the remainder of the phone interview to make sure that he had all the details he possibly could to place me in a future role. In a time where many offshore recruiters demand so much yet give so little and wind up wasting time of the people they contact Calvin is one of the best recruiting experiences I’ve ever dealt with in all my years.
