Love my corner unit at 180 N. Jefferson. So much sunlight! Sunrises and sunsets from my balcony are beautiful. The staff are wonderful. My dog can’t wait to go to the lobby for warm hellos and treats after our walks. Coffee in the lobby before heading outside is a nice touch. Package delivery directly to your door is very convenient. The location is great; you’re steps from West Loop, Fulton, and River North. Parking is available at an extra cost. While the gym is smaller, it has your must-haves, and the equipment is clean and well-kept. The business center offers a variety of quiet spaces to work or hold meetings. The rooftop area is also a well-kept space to hang out or work. Julie and Earnestine are so welcoming and made the move process go so smoothly. I highly recommend 180 N. Jefferson.

I’ve been living here for about a month now and its been great. A nice place in a great location. The move-in process was smooth thanks to the help of Earnestine and Julie. Marvin was also great when I moved in, making sure I was setup with everything. The unit was clean upon arrival and the one small maintenance issue I had was taken care of within 24 hours. The gym and free coffee are both great added perks. Highly recommend

I would definitely recommend 180 N Jefferson! I moved in this week, and my experience was great. The staff make everything so easy: Julie in the leasing office is so welcoming and accommodating and William + Marvin are so kind and helpful. Reserving the freight elevator and using the loading dock was extremely simple and straightforward to complete ahead of time via the website. The apartment was very clean, the AC was working, the laundry machines which was another relief. The whole process was seamless, I was very pleased that there were no complications.
