If I could add more stars I would. Having dealt with numerous recruitment companies throughout my career, on different continents, I can confidently say none of them even came close to the level of professionalism and support I received from Elliot Gray. I also had the pleasure of interactions with different team members, and it is clear that this is a company that recognizes and values the client’s experience from end to end. For me they will always be the gold standard in recruitment.

Very disappointing experience with this recruitment agency. A recruitment consultant was assigned to help me in my job search, there was a miscommunication regarding our initial meeting time due to a misunderstanding on my part, and I missed our first consult – no worries, my bad. But thereafter I made numerous attempts at rescheduling our chat (phone call, voicemail, email) only to be completely ignored by her. I then tried to contact general enquiries multiple times raising the issue weeks ago and was ignored, no response at all. Was never rude in my communications and genuinely was seeking help in my job hunt. Unacceptable and terrible customer service. Thankfully I’ve found a better recruitment agency who have been much more supportive and responsive.
