I don’t know why their reviews are so high as a simple order that I could get off of Amazon or Ubiquiti in 1-2 days became a weeks long pain. This was my first order from FS.com because I’ve seen so much praise online about their quality, etc. So I ordered a “Ubiquiti UF-RJ45-10G-I Compatible 10GBASE-T SFP+ Copper 30m RJ-45 Industrial Transceiver Module (LOS) (#111952)” on June 28th. It arrived on July 8th and in the meantime, there were no communication about the status of the order. Finally, when I asked, they informed me that it was out of stock and they were backordering it. There were no easy way to cancel the order with a single click either, like in other websites. The representative was helpful, but still, it is not a modern way of handling ordering processes. The product is okay (probably nothing more spectacular than what you can get from other websties) but I don’t think I will order from them again.
