Customer service was very helpful in finding the exact part I needed for our networking equipment. Our account rep is always on the ball communicating with us regarding recent orders, status updates, and shipping information. Overall great company!

The price and quality of their products are unbeatable. No other vendor can match their level of reliability and comprehensive pre- and post-sales support. Before placing a large order, our account manager ensured the products we were purchasing would be compatible with our environment. They even recommended alternative products that were better suited to our specific application, saving us both time and money.
The after-sales support from our representative has been exceptional. They went above and beyond to review logs and configurations, ensuring we had the precise settings needed for the product to function perfectly in our setup.
I highly recommend them to every network professional who has a tight budget, but big networking needs.

I don’t know why their reviews are so high as a simple order that I could get off of Amazon or Ubiquiti in 1-2 days became a weeks long pain. This was my first order from FS.com because I’ve seen so much praise online about their quality, etc. So I ordered a “Ubiquiti UF-RJ45-10G-I Compatible 10GBASE-T SFP+ Copper 30m RJ-45 Industrial Transceiver Module (LOS) (#111952)” on June 28th. It arrived on July 8th and in the meantime, there were no communication about the status of the order. Finally, when I asked, they informed me that it was out of stock and they were backordering it. There were no easy way to cancel the order with a single click either, like in other websites. The representative was helpful, but still, it is not a modern way of handling ordering processes. The product is okay (probably nothing more spectacular than what you can get from other websties) but I don’t think I will order from them again.
