We needed temp services in the Laredo area (traveling from Edinburg)…called the agency and spoke to Amanda. Described what we needed, signed agreement, double and triple confirmed with her about the two gentlemen that were scheduled to show up (both via email and by phone) and though everything was ready to go. While on our way to Laredo we advised her that we were running about 30 minutes late, she said ‘no problem, thank you for letting us know”….once we get to the location we realize the two temps were not there (should have been waiting for us since we were late), contacted Amanda and she said “give me 5 minutes”….well those five minutes came and went…and after an hour two things happened: no temps ever showed up for work, and Elite Emp. Services never called us back with a status…..what a disappointment! We were counting on those two gentlemen to make the task at hand be quick and efficient but instead we were met with a company that did not come through for us…..first and last time using them. Rate would have been two stars is the company would have at least reached out and offered a solution but they did not. Would not recommend to anyone.

Called yesterday and spoke with Patsy and presented myself and asked if I could e-mail them my resume for possible employment. Fast forward to today and I just got off the phone for the third time in an hour. Called first and spoke with Patsy and was placed on hold… For 30 minutes! Call back and another person answered( didint get her name) and laughed and said ” sorry , patsy went out for lunch ” followed by obvious and obnoxious laughter. I explain to her my experience and then she offers me a job with the city for building maintenance and I told her I need to reinstate my drivers license and then she hung up on me. Called back multiple times and no answer. Wow, Always hiring and claiming that your career starts here? One thing that started with them is nothing but a bad experience and I am never going back to ask for anything, I will take my work experience elsewhere and I am positive that other people wount be as irresponsible and unprofessional as patsy and the other lady not to mention how can Luis Valdez employ idiots like this to run his business? Oh we’ll another failure bites the dust.

Andy Santos is rude. He told my uncle to not go into the office and not bother the ladies that are working there. The only thing my uncle wanted to know is why hasn’t he gotten his check from 2 weeks ago. Never will I recommend anybody to go to Elite. Unprofessional at it’s finest. My uncle is Oscar Bustamantes.
