Highly recommend Elite! Gabby was a fantastic instructor. I have been out of the industry for over 20 years and wanted to get back in. I took this class to refresh and mostly because I’m intimidated by all of the new cocktails out there! Gabby and Elite taught me more than I ever expected!! They break the course down into easy learning modules so that you can retain the info! You pour with real bottles in a real bar setting. I’m so glad I took their class. It’s worth the investment- You won’t be disappointed!!

Great experience, very nice instructors! Always willing to help and teach whatever I miss. The way this school is set up is super informational and practical. I felt intimidated at first, when reading the book but once we have hands on practice I really excel in my confidence.

This is a very hands on experience from the very beginning. Our instructor Gabby was so knowledgeable and always so keen to answer our questions, and she made sure we had all the tricks and tips to succeed outside the classroom. 10/10 would recommend and cant wait to take more classes with them!
