I initially approached Elevations in early summer 2024 for a second opinion on boiler malfunction at one of my rental properties in N20, as my tenants complained about the water being boiling hot during the summer heatwave and threatened with legal action. I was abroad at the time, and my regular boiler engineer was away, too. Alexander went out to check the boiler, excluded boiler malfunction on the spot, and diagnosed the problem as an issue off an old and blocked by limescale pipe supplying cold water to the boiler. Other engineers insisted that the boiler needed to be changed. Elevations’ plumbers were very professional, finished the job in less than 2 hours, and barely spilt a drop of water. I was very impressed by photos of the job in the process (photo attached) and by Elevations saving £2,500 for me by fixing the problem and not faking the need to change the boiler, as all that was needed was to disconnect the old blocked pipe and reroute the new pipe [photo attached]. No fuss, no drama, no need for expensive boiler change. I then asked Elevations to renovate the wetroom at my Harley Street surgery, and later in December last year, Elevations renovated my new clinic in West Hampstead. I’m perfectly satisfied with all the work done. My special thanks to Alexander for clear and consistent communication, for finishing renovations at my new clinic on time and within my budget and for providing moral support to me during the most difficult time of my life last year.

I’ve worked with the Elevations team on a refurbishment project for over 7-8 months and honestly not one dispute! The images talk for themselves but not only are they extremely professional and polite they are also excellent when it comes to the harder technical parts. Two years since the initial works and no issues so far! An absolute joy to work with that I cannot recommend enough.

I hired Elevations for a flat renovation, with an agreed upon completion time of 3-4 months. The project ultimately took nearly twice as long and was plagued with issues. The company caused two leaks into downstairs properties and failed to follow certain aspects of the contract. There were significant overcharges to the initial quote, which were never agreed upon and were only communicated at the final bill stage. When these overcharges were queried the director ‘discovered’ even more charges to add to the final bill. Communication was poor and very chaotic. The director’s behavior became increasingly unprofessional and rude, with petty threats and emotional outbursts. The quality of the work was mediocre, requiring some areas to be redone. Due to these issues, I had to seek legal counsel. I would strongly advise against hiring this company.
