In addition to my role as the President and CEO of The Logsdon Group I also serve as the Coordinator for the Allied Provider Group of the Northwest Illinois Preparedness and Response Coalition.
We are a group of approximately 80 individuals who work in non-hospital healthcare settings.
We rely on our membership to provide resources and training for disaster preparedness. During the pandemic it was illustrated that we were in need of some exceptional external support for facility leadership.
Policy setting, managing contracts, sick time, FMLA, infection prevention are all areas where we were pretty solid until the entire world starting turning topsy-turvy.
I had met Traci at area networking events so I asked whether her team could support ours. She came prepared to share and support in multiple sessions including lectures and workshops.
Our members expressed their gratitude for her knowledge, ability and support with the emotion and sometimes tough love for their personnel in a changing circumstance.
