I was between this place and a few other apartments in Hawthorne including a few private landlords, working with Miss Johnson she was able to give me a great tour of the place and even going above and beyond for me when I needed to move in asap. The apartment complex is fantastic, has everything I want from updated and including appliances such as a dishwasher, stainless steel sink, over and microwave, gas stove top, and best of all your own in unit washer dryer combo. The apartment has a nice pool, a small gym, and your own parking off the street. Management is easy to work with, and the use of an online portal is fantastic. Thanks again Laurel Pointe you guys are amazing.

Amber is the BEST!!! Love her and her work ethics. She was on top of everything and was very helpful throughout this whole process. It was a pleasure meeting her and I would love to call this place my home and I would love for her to be our manager on site!!! With love 🙂

Please do yourself a favor and do not move here! This place is an absolute mess 🤮🤮🤮 for the past few months it has been nothing but chaos! Ever since they fired Maritza this complex went downhill, Maritza was so attentive and solved every issue immediately I watched this lady solved issues for me while she should be taking lunch instead she would be there eating lunch and working with tenants still, I miss her so bad, ever since she left the place is not being kept well, there is always dog poop and pee all over there apartment and let me not get started with the lobby! The carpet is absolutely disgusting 🤢 🤮 they need to change that immediately and get new ones! 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 and the parking lot need a major overhaul and cleaning they haven’t cleaned that space since Maritza left almost all the stalls have garbage in it, terrible terrible terrible! Update on the reply that was written! You guys are such liars you know you fired that lady and you are not making any preparations to take her back! 😡 this place will never be the same, and if you guys clean so often why is the carpet and and garage so nasty still( they are not doing a good job, and as you can see on other reviews that has pics there is always dog poo and pee here, don’t worry about my name being on any lease here just know I am here! And another thing, you guys go up and the rent every year see how the last time the rent went up and 13 person moved out back to back and so many empty apartments are still here and can’t be rented! Watch how this is place is gonna be empty the next time y’all do that! This place is crap🤢🤮
