Absolutely amazing work! The crew that they sent out was very respectful, worked diligently, and made sure to clearly communicate next steps and keep me informed throughout the process. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in record time. Kyle, the manager, also kept me updated and in touch about post-work updates. Overall, way better than the personal maintenance team at my apartment! So glad they took care of our repair. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone in their area. Thank you Element!

Service was amazing from the scheduler to the technician being able to take care of the issue promptly. The office staff was very friendly and responsive. It was the hottest day of summer and we were able to get a technician within twenty four hours. Jeorell was our tech. He was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and fix it in about forty five minutes. He even handled a wasp situation with good humor. I highly recommend the company.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Element Service Group. I’ve had no trouble scheduling service and Zach George has been a terrific technician. He not only takes the time to explain in detail what needs to be repaired, he can also explain the reasons behind the repair and the science of how the system operates. Top notch service all around, five out of five stars.
