We highly recommend! Our trip to Barcelona was very well organized by Laura. She responded to emails and questions very quickly. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Flights, airport transfers, hotels and additional activities – everything was organized. Thanks to this we could fully devote ourselves to exploring this beautiful city. Thanks again to the whole team! 🙂

Everything that was booked for the trip ran smoothly. Never had an issue with any aspect of it. We had a hotel booked, flights, transfer taxi pick up to and from hotel/airport, helicopter flight tour, spa, escape room, and catamaran sunset cruise that was all booked through Element. Also, emails were sent that laid out all the scheduling and addresses, travel time to and from our hotel to our events, and detailed information on how to contact someone in case of any issues (which we didn’t have to contact since everything ran smoothly). Definitely recommend using, was so nice to not have to plan out everything, and emails were sent and received promptly with any information I had questions about.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday in Las Vegas arranged by Element. Service was very professional and activities were amazing! Our trip was arranged from start to finish by Laura Castren who was tottally outstanding! Nothing was to much trouble for her and her friendly communication throughout made everything easy and stress free. She is a credit to Element. If we could award more than 10/10 we certainly would for Element and Laura. Massive thanks for a wonderful experience!
