They said it was a discount, every month they charge 0.40-0.50 TL more per kW than other well-known national companies and there is a very serious difference. When your commitment period expires, you cannot leave the contract directly, they threaten you with penalties if you do. They want you to get a notice from the notary, when you ask for a copy of the notice, they hang up the phone on you. We are sending the notice, they are threatening you that you will complete the missing guarantee within 10 days, otherwise you will pay a penalty even though you are within the contract period, damn the day I entered, discount etc. We couldn’t benefit from anything, we always paid too much, don’t get involved, I gave it to a lawyer, we will complain to the EMRA first, I swear they make us suffer like this. I tried, I have been a subscriber for many years and I have never paid a bill late, but every time I call. Customer representatives talk to each other and finally hang up on me. I will leave immediately and pay the fine. I will not make you any money for another 6 months from now on.

I have never seen such a fraudulent company in my life. I initiated the necessary procedures through my lawyer, but I request you to be careful and do not give a damn to such fraudsters.

I would definitely not recommend it, my contract is automatically renewed 3 months before the end of the contract, they ask for a notary notice 3 months before the expiry date, they do not accept the warning and shorten the period, the contract is automatically extended for another year. The price seems to be cheaper than other energy distribution companies, but when the bill is late, they add an amount to the bill every month under the name of security fee for 1 year.
