SCAM! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! YOU WILL HAVE CONFIRMED BOOKING WITH AGODA AND THEY SAY YOUR BOOKING DOESNT EXIST AND THAT IT IS YOUR FAULT FOR BOOKING WITH AGODA AND TRY TO TELL YOU THEY ARE NOT LISTED ON AGODA EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW THEM CLEARLY THAT THEY ARE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. Awful treatment by staff unwilling to admit their faults for being listed on a website they claim to not use and try to put all the blame on you. I clearly showed them from Google, that it’s possible to book their hotel through agoda and still they tried to say it was my fault. I have screenshots of confirmed paid booking and their property listed on Agoda. UPON READING OTHER REVIEWS, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM.

Awful untruthful treatment from staff, claiming your paid booking doesn’t exist then will try to charge you again and put all the blame on you. Avoid this scam establishment. Don’t believe the five star reviews you see, they are fake

Shameful! I was traveling from my treatment straight to the hotel. We had booked and paid online. On reaching the hotel the receptionist denied us the check in and said that we should claim refund from the website and pay them cash because they were having some payment issues from the website.This was disgusting from their end. We were waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby. I called the website customer care they helped me alot and taught the receptionist a good lesson. The customer care even offered me an alternate room but since I had a surgery done I told them I cannot travel more to other location. If the hotel staff was having some payments stuck with the website they could have raised a complaint but making the guests wait in lobby and all this drama is so disgusting and unacceptable. Kindly avoid this hotel.
