I had to leave a review here to shout out Sue Birchhill. Sue is the most committed and professional recruiter I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her passion for this work really shines through. Sue is a great communicator; she explained every step of the process thoroughly and succinctly. She did a wonderful job of listening and seeking first to understand who I was and what kind of position would be a good fit for me. Those same interpersonal skills and commitment to relationships really shined through in the opportunities she was able to present. She did an excellent job of preparing me for interviews and went above and beyond with specific information about the interviewers and their interviewing styles.
