The cashier at this particular Walgreens was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to both me and my 4 year old toddler. I stopped at Walgreens really quick just to get something to drink and to get milk for my 4 year old and 2 year old. My 4 year hadn’t had a nap today unfortunately which is why I just wanted to run quickly into Walgreens instead of a normal grocery store. Never will make that mistake again at least not at this location. This rude old lady did nothing but roll her eyes at me and both of my small children! Literally any word that they spoke she rolled her eyes and gave me dirty looks: she gave me an attitude the entire time she was bagging my items and got mad that I asked her to put them in a bag and not make me carry them individually when I was carrying my 2 year old and holding my 4 year olds hand. She refused to say have a nice day even after I told her to have a good night and was very polite even after how crappy she was treating me and my children. She’s lucky that I had my children with me or I would have exchanged some not so pleasant words with her because that was completely uncalled for. It’s hard enough for moms to go out alone with their small children these days without old bitter and miserable ladies being rude and disrespectful and judging them just for their existence. I’m going to be also calling corporate regarding this because I’m extremely angry regarding this. I’ve never had anyone made me feel this way and I’ve worked in both healthcare and customer service for over 15 years myself. Completely unacceptable behavior.

All of the staff at the N Boulevard location in Tampa, Florida are extremely kind and so very helpful. I’d like to mention the Store Manager always greets you with a smile and jumps into help in all departments.

Do NOT go to this walgreens my daughter got a script (thankfully it wasn’t life saving medicine) from her pcp last a week ago gave to to this POS store. I was told it need it to be ordered so I waited until Monday the 3rd to check back to give them some leave way. Big mistake still hasn’t came in they told me they will text me when it’s done cause when I checked the shipment just check in. So I waited until today to check cause any time this has happened in the past medications they were still waiting on the next shipment. I show up today and STILL NOT DONE was told again they were waiting for it to come in so I told her to double check and load and behold they have it just forgot to full it and wouldn’t be ready for another 3 hrs. Got a message 4 hrs later. Again I’m so thankful it wasn’t a life saving medicine. I am soooooo done with this company. The only reason why I went to this store is because it is lest than a 1/4 mile from my house. At this point I rather set myself on fire and crawl over rusted nails than to deal with this store/company ever again.
