I have lived in this RATCHET!!! Place for a year to long, the bugs the leasing staff and the flooding and mold, mildew in my apartment is unbelievable. I have been promised since July that I was going to be transferred to another unit it is now embarking on Oct and I am still in the infested apartment which has caused health issues for me at this time. I have been called three times by Ms. Queen who is the regional property manger for E&G telling me that she had a unit for me today I get a call she telling me I have to pay them my rent to 0 to get transferred to another unit. How does this really works? If they would have taken care of the flooding issue in a timely manner we would not be here where does the buck stop where we have to still pay to live in a in habitable place. I pray not that anything bad happens to this complex I pray that they shut it down until they are found on compliance with the living codes of MD. I would not put my enemy in this place. Ms. Queen played me like a fiddle but it all good GOD got you and once he gets a hold of you there is nothing no one can do. I am tired of dealing with these complexes that do not take care of them. Some of my issues with Glen Rock Landing Tub stopping up Bathroom sink stopping up Toilet backing up Flooding in the foyer Roaches Mold Mildew Garbage disposal smelling like the sewer Ceiling has green mold spots and just getting darker Neighbors stealing your stuff and braking in your cars Leasing office lying to you They put a lot of effort in collecting there money but (NO!!) effort in allowing you to live in a habitable place. Something has to be done!!!!! Housing needs to come and do something about this and Better business bureau. Channel five and seven needs to come and help us out over here. This is not a place where you want to live. I moved in and and the guy that was very good and helpful when I did my application then once I moved in he was let go or transferred. When that happened I was so dismayed I was like OK this is not what I signed up for. Every since they have had four different sets of people in the front office they all learn how to lie and the crew in there now the regional manager do not want them contacting her WOW what a company. Karma is really a good friend of mines. I am very tired now I have to do what needs to be done to get my health back on track. I am now on three inhalers and taking prednisone. I am on this because of the mold and mildew in the apartment. That the property mangers do not want to take care of. Oh I forgot to say that they have a prospect to buy the property and I pray they know what they are about to get into the plumbing is bad all through the grounds and the gas lines are all messed up. So good luck to the new owners. SMH…Waste of money investing int this property. This property does not deserve any stars if I could give them a sad face I would. I just gave you all a couple of pictures to look at . It’s a shame it would not let me post unless I clicked a star I don’t have a star to give them I just click it to get to next step. Do not apply to this apartment complex it is terrible. Dogs poop all over the place, bird fecess in the front of the building and they refuse to hire anyone to come and remove the pigin nest from on top of the light in the front of the building so you have to walk in it to get into your apartment. SMH, trash always running over ppl from other places come drop their trash in the dumpster or near it and we pay $5 for the trash to be picked up per day and others come and use it to so we paying for the community to use the dumpsters. Someone had a broke window for a min and just last month it got fixed. They put someone out I will say in May and the stuff stayed out in the front of the building and in the street until July. SMH. Poor management here if the head is not right the body not right.

DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THEIR APARTMENTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. 1.) When I came to sign my lease the apartment information and prices were totally different from my offer latter. I was over charged for my security deposit and prorated rent. I never got that money credited to my account. 2.) The apartment was dirty and not move in ready. The carpet was not new and extremely dirty. My mom and I had to clean up ourselves. 3.) There were roaches and mold everywhere. 4.) Both the toilet and sink flooded constantly. 5.) sewage came up in the tub and kitchen sink 6.) bed bugs 7.) No heat or hot water in the winter and I caught the flu! 8.) There was a gas leak with my teenager in the house. 9.) I lost my job due to having to take off from both myself and son getting sick due to the conditions of my unit. I had to fight to get my job back which I did because I had documentation. When I got behind on rent they were not willing to workout a payment plan. 10.) Once I turned in my keys I tried again to request a payment plan to bring my balance to zero and I was told no it will be sent to collections.11.) I tried to contact E&G group property management and never got a call back NEVER. NEVER got a return email NOTHING AT ALL! 12.) I never got a mailbox key 13.) Never fixed my heat and air system 14.) never got rid of the mold they only painted over it!!! BOTTOM LINE THEY DON’T CARE!!! Don’t move here there are better places for the prices they are asking for.

Do not move to this apartment building. 1. Leasing office do not pick-up phone. 2. Leasing office do not answer maintenance request until they feel like-it. 3. Do not respond to pest issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. High turnover with leasing staff. Someone is always getting fired or hired. No consistency in staff whatsoever. 5. Staff at the headquaters do not pick-up or return phone calls when residents are trying to report issues. They feel they are to high in their position to address issues happening on the property they own. 6. Overall, there are better buildings to move in to in this area.
