In April, I ordered and paid for a Voivodeship invitation. They promised that it would be ready by mid-June. I didn’t really count on such an optimistic time frame, but the beginning of July seemed quite realistic. Starting from mid-July, I began actively writing and calling manager Lina. I never received a clear answer. A set of standard words to make me leave them alone. After another series of messages reminding them of themselves, manager Lina calls back and says that all the invitations they ordered have arrived, but mine was not among them. And to wait another month. This did not suit me, since my family remained in Poland and is still waiting for me. I decided not to wait for the Voivodeship invitation, but immediately ordered and paid for a seasonal invitation, which, according to manager Lina, takes 10-15 days. A month has passed. Nothing. Manager Lina does not respond to messages. After several comments on social networks, Denis Galanzovsky (the owner of the company) promised to call me personally and resolve the issue. But, here, too, they did not meet the deadline. I’ve been waiting for a call for days. Silence
