I have found Dr Frank conducts a very thorough review of my medical needs, which I believe he performs for each individual patient. I appreciate the care Dr Frank provides for me and tracks my progress or lack of, and if needed, makes corrections early on, rather then just plugging me and my medical needs in a particular square… just processing patients through the clinic. I know that I’m a much healthier elder man than I would be if I had some of the typical doctors out there.

Dr. Frank is awesome however the front desk was chaotic at best. Plus they kept blaming the virtual team for issues. Folks need to take responsibility where it is at. I a healthcare provider as well, so maybe look into tying up these loose ends for better patient experience?

There is absolutely no way the majority of these reviews are not botted. This doctor is an actual scam artist. I came in for physical, should have been completely covered by insurance. They drew blood and said, “come back in 2 weeks for a followup”. Well I did, and they charged me $150, saying it “wasn’t part of the physical”. I then receive another $140 bill for the blood work a month later, then ANOTHER $100 bill for the followup a month after that. $400 out of pocket of a routine physical that would have been 100% covered by my insurance had a gone to ANY other provider. Extremely rude and useless front desk, can’t even answer basic billing questions, “oh we outsource our billing to India”…. Doctor tries to sell you his “book” and tries to tell me, a healthy 30 yo male, 22 BMI, “you’re at risk for heart disease, you need to get a full body ultrasound”, which of course my insurance wouldn’t cover and would cost $500. Please avoid this guy like the plague and do not be fooled by all the supposed positive reviews here as they are likely all botted. Absolute worst experience I’ve had with a care provider in my life.
