Hazel found us an incredible temporary nanny very quickly when our regular nanny was unavailable for 6 weeks. Her communication and attention to detail throughout the process was second to none and I always felt she had our family’s best interests at heart.

I can’t recommend Hazel at East Green enough. It was our first time searching for a nanny and Hazel was incredibly helpful, providing all the information we needed to understand the process and what to look for. She kept me updated throughout, was extremely responsive to all messages and very proactive to try and meet our needs. A full service, providing everything we needed from shaping our requirements to contracts/setting up PAYE with third party providers. Highly recommend.

Hazel has made the job of finding our brilliant nanny incredibly effortless!
Prior to contacting East Green Child Care Services we had interviewed 5 nannies via zoom (due to the pandemic). All were very nice, but prices seemed to differ vastly and all were quite vague on their availability. Being a teacher and working throughout the pandemic we required more concrete commitment with our childcare, so I turned to Hazel. She acted so quickly and put us in touch with our brilliant nanny. She answered any questions I had within hours of sending the communication and since appointing we have had regular contact to ‘check-in’ on how it has worked out. Hazel’s prices are very reasonable for what took such a headache out of finding brilliant childcare.
