I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with this UPS Store. I paid for $100 overnight shipping on a time-sensitive package containing my medication, and not only did they lose it, but they’ve also been completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. It’s now been three days, and I still haven’t received any updates or resolution. The staff was dismissive and offered no sense of urgency or accountability, despite the seriousness of the situation. For a company that people rely on for important deliveries, this level of carelessness and lack of customer support is unacceptable.

If you need passport photos go somewhere else. I scheduled an appointment for my 2 children to get passport photos taken, arrived at the scheduled time, and was told they didn’t have any space to take the photos. I could come back the following week but only between 8am and noon (when the children are in school). I asked to talk to the person who takes the photos to figure out scheduling and they were too busy sitting in the back to come speak with me. I asked if the manager could help, and it must be the same person because I was also told they were too busy. The employee who was relaying this info was doing their best when clearly they had no support from management. Definitely left feeling like the manager doesn’t care about their customers at all.

I appreciate the reliability of the store reps at Western Lights. The young man behind the counter is always so friendly. The entire team gives you the right expectations on shipping and pricing. They also recommend ways to save money. Thanks, UPS
