After becoming quite disillusioned with recruitment agencies per-se, I had contacted Sarah at Drake regarding an opportunity. The service provided from that initial conversation was first class, as I was provided with very good, clear communication and updates as to what was happening with my application. The P3 profile was very good also, offering a further dimension to placing the right person with the right job.
I felt that they believed in me, and that was a two way street.
Highly recommend this agency after dealing with about a dozen or so other agencies, most of which failed to live up to my expectations or requirements.

I worked for this agency for 3 months before being taken on by the company at the coal yard, it’s genuinely the best paying place I’ve ever worked for and I would recommend it to anyone

I can highly recommend Drake’s P3 Personality profiling assessment. The assessment results were spot on. I carried out the assessment online and then Christina sat down with me and went through the results explaining to me which each part meant.
