I found Tim on LinkedIn when I was trying to make connections. I had a 15 minute call with Tim scheduled and he was generous enough to spend 36 minutes with me. He reviewed my resume, provided actionable constructive feedback, and talked me through how to increase my visibility. He ran me through a couple interview questions and how I can better respond to meet what recruiters are looking for. The time felt well spent and intentional, and he even gave me industry specific guidance. At the end of the call, he asked for nothing and return and even gave me next steps to still get some help getting placements. The interaction felt genuine and productive. I highly recommend connecting with his LinkedIn and reaching out to him.
