Absolutely worst service on planet earth provided be Dr Anibal Rosario. First the appointment for my elderly mother was for 9:45am and was not seen until 11:15am. Takes on way too many patients for his poor time management. When he saw my mother and determined she needed a cortisone shot for her arthritis pain he leaves the room I am assuming to get the injection prepared. When 20 mins pass and he is still not back I realize he has gone to see another patient and left her waiting yet again. Absolutely no care or consideration for the patients at all. When I tell him how this made us feel he didn’t even apologize. Instead he says do you not want the injection then? Absolutely appalled at the disrespect and lack of common courtesy. Just arrogance! I recommend you look elsewhere for a doctor. You will be highly disappointed otherwise.”

My dad is 82 years old and they have sent him to deliver referrals instead of faxing them to the specialist. They have done it several times. He has to ride to their office and pick up the referrals and then drive to the specialists offices to delivery the referrals. Before he can make appointments to see these specialist they need the referrals. I don’t understand why they do this to a 82 year old man who has bad eye sight. I’ve been wanting him to change is doctor because of this. But he refuses to because he feels comfortable with his doctor. And as you get older you don’t like change. I tell him I will ride all over town for him to do this but he gets anxious and stressed out and does himself because he can’t wait for me to have free time to do this.

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as indicated, they took my vitals at the time of, waited 50 minutes alone in the DR office to be told that she had not arrived and had 2 people before me. Lack of consideration and respect for the Pts time. Would not recommend at all, PD not the first time that happens
