I have never gone through a recruitment office before, but it was a great experience. Will is a great recruiter to work with! I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me get this job. He gives you all of the information up front so you know what you’re getting into. In addition, he helped me throughout the whole process and made sure I had everything in order from initial contact to job offer and beyond. If I had to, I’d go through him and this recruitment company again!

My experience with USA Tech Recruitment has been amazing. My recruitment procedure was managed by William Webb, who was very helpful and, most importantly, wonderful at communicating. He always replied to my follow-up emails, even when there was no movement in the application process, and made sure there was no communication gap throughout. Even after the process, William reached out to me regarding my situation and confirmed whether I found this job suitable after joining.
My onboarding process was delayed due to difficulties in completing a background check resulting from a cyber attack on one of the counties where I had lived. William ensured that there was constant communication between my employer and me, confirming that there was still interest on both sides to join this company.
