Richa from Ciel HR called us for placement services when we enquired for placement services. We enquired clearly about the service policy and paid Rs.8800/- totally. After payment their response totally changed. She gave us onli 5-7 profiles, that too irrelevant profiles, who do not even have computer knowledge or can speak proper English for the amount paid and was deliberately rude and abusive towards me and my team. Totally disappointed with the service of Ciel HR. We did not expect this. It is a scam company with scam people like Richa. When questioned, they are saying take action of you wish we do not care. Guys don’t believe this company. They will not give you relevant profiles and will scam you guys saying you have exhausted the limit of profiles. It’s just waste of money, time and energy and nothing else. Fraudster company with fraudulent people. Worst company and service.

After a one month of waiting I have attended face to face Interview in CIEL HR SERVICES pvt Ltd for IT recruiter position..very very slow Interview process..and very much disappointed in face to face Interview.. interview takes more than 1 hr …they are fully focusing on my personal life just 20% about Technical,80% about personal life some questions hurts me..They ask me a question what you will do best apart from sourcing??. “So I answered I will schedule interview and I will be there entire meeting to analysis the candidate whether fake or genuine..per day we will schedule 7to 8 interviews each take 30 to 40mins ..at the same I reach my daily count so I balance this very well ” …the interviewer said , “interview scheduling is not work even receptionist can do that “. What it mean “EVEN RECEPTIONIST” here came to know NO respect for the employee who is working for CIEL HR ..I donno why they are focusing only on my personal life.. very very very dispointed ..after the interview am following recruiter to know about my feedback…they are not at all taking call ..NO Response from them …Worst experience ever.. please don’t waste your time and your travel expenses for CIEL …and one more thing they told me that it’s hybrid work mode in 2level of interview but in face to face..they are saying I have to report to office daily …
