I would 100% recommend direct dental to any one who is looking to hire for their dental office needs. As a small business owner, I have tried varies companies for hiring before, but nothing like this one..I have always had luck finding many qualified candidates. Don’t know what I would do without them. Will never use any other site to post for my hiring needs. They are also reasonably priced for what they offer. Customer service is great.They are prompt. Kara is awesome. She always responds within 24 hours and has refunded me money when I forgot to end my subscription. All in all, I have had a lovely experience with them.

A marvelous service to link your recruiting search with a large source of candidates. My only suggestion is to somehow track and organize respondents when they make multiple submissions, it’s a chore to keep track of who has already been considered vs the new applicants . I only wish we could ‘blackball’ the people that ghost scheduled interviews.
