Speaking from my experience, Hirelevel has placed me accordingly to positions that somehow relates to my occupational field.

I called at 1pm sharp and dealt with a very rude man over the phone. He continued to call me by my first name pronouncing it wrong and when I corrected him and asked him to call me by my last name because it was easier he cussed me out and said ” I don’t have to help you, you the one who ain’t got no job” and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and he put me on hold and lied and said she wasn’t available. I asked to be transferred to her voicemail and he kept having up on me. Very rude and unprofessional peoole I would not waste my time with them
