I worked my full shifts and kept proper records of my hours, written clearly and with proof. But when it came to payment, some of my hours were cut without explanation. I contacted the direct staff, but they didn’t accept my evidence and said the hours were already paid — which is not true.
This is not how workers should be treated. We are students, working hard, often covering extra shifts, and we rely on this money to manage our lives. If you can’t pay properly, then don’t offer shifts.
This experience was frustrating and unfair. I hope others are treated with more respect.
