They have to improve a lot, don’t know to collect candidates skill, they just collect resume and 1 month 50% salary they ask in case placed as per there agreement form, and in case we don’t work for 3 months in placed company we need to pay them again 50% salary, apart from that as per agreement 50% salary is deducted before crediting to our bank in case we are placed to Company don’t know either placed company is providing any money to this Consultancy or both side they are collecting money. Overall i didn’t liked the way of this deal its better to go with Naukri or LinkedIn job portal for better exposure of jobs.
