I have been using Driver in India for a long long while now, i have had issues with them many a time. The quality of majority of their drivers is really not up to the mark. They do have some excellent drivers, but invariably when i ask for those drivers again – the answer is always they dont work with us any more. It does not surprise me. drivers are late, not clean, some are novice drivers, and most of then have zero idea of any roads. Still force of habit i would call for drivers from there. Not anymore as they are not professional, take a booking, do not send a driver and when i call they say- no drivers available. I understand that can be an issue… but professionalism demands ypu let your client know 10 mins/15 mins after booking is made… not when the client calls to ask why the driver has not yet shown up. The basic decency to call and let your regular client?any client know you have no driver before the stipulated time so they figure another option. I asked to speak with the manager yesterday after this fiasco, was told manager is having lunch and will call back 24 ++ hours later still no call. This is OBVIOIUSLY some person who has put together people with ZERO customer service sense, and that maybe because the owner, management also has no idea- since manners, professionalism customer service all trickles down from the top. DEPLORABLE is the only way to describe this organisation
